Brussels Sprouts Salad
This Brussels Sprouts Salad has it all: mustard dressing, fried brussels sprouts for taste and great texture, juicy and ripe grapes. This dinner salad is a winner that the whole family will love. It tastes amazing and you will never believe this is vegan.
Raise your hands if you are looking for a great salad that even pickiest eaters will eat.
Salads are great like this Broccoli Salad, the Corn Salad, my Pea Salad, or the Hawaiian Macaroni Salad.
But they must be seriously delicious. Who will eat a boring or bland salad? I honestly won't even eat a bite.
What makes this Brussels Sprouts Salad stand out
A great texture: Let's be real friends, I'm not a big fan of raw vegetables. Many recipes calls for shaved Brussels Sprouts. I find that crispy fried Brussels Sprouts are even more delicious. My secret: fry them in olive oil, so good.
The sweet things: grapes, apples and brown sugar for the dressing are amazing, because it has just the right amount of sweetness.
Hearty stuff: I don't want to miss out on classic flavors so I add straight to the bowl vegan bacon and cheddar.
Step by step pictures make everything so easy to follow, true you get the best result, yum.

Hi there, do I use mustard powder or mustard in liquid form. Yellow or Dijon? Thanks, Magi
Hi Magi! Yellow mustard works just fine. Hope that helps.
How do you do the cheese - is it grated or chopped into chunks?
Hi Brian! Chopped into chunks is best. 😊 Hope that helps and let me know what you think.
I’m not a vegan so I used regular bacon but no cheese. This was so good! Even my picky 18 yr old loved it and went back for seconds! Thank you!
Hi Tara! Thanks for your great feedback and making it. 😊 Would you mind leaving a star rating with your review? Thanks a lot.🙂
I preferred to cook the "Brussels Sprouts" briefly in boiling water for about 5 minutes before frying them so they don't taste raw.
Hi Mark! Enjoy and let me know what you think.
